Agreement and eligibility

By using Pam Keys, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by anyone who cannot legally enter a contract in their jurisdiction.

Digital sheet music purchases

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the purchased arrangement for the customer’s personal practice and performance. Copyright ownership remains with Pamela M. Robertson or the identified rights holder.

• Do not share, resell, upload, publish, distribute, or make purchased files available to others.
• Do not remove copyright notices or represent an arrangement as your own work.
• Separate copies or permissions may be required for additional performers, students, organizations, recordings, broadcasts, or other uses.

Delivery, pricing, and refunds

Prices are displayed before checkout and payments are processed by Stripe. Digital products are ordinarily available through the purchasing account after successful payment. Because downloadable music cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, completed digital purchases are generally final except where required by law or when a file is materially defective, duplicated, or not delivered as described. Contact us promptly so we can correct delivery problems.

Accounts, reader, and saved information

Account features may include a purchased-music library, reader, annotations, playsets, recently opened pieces, printing or export options, and a service journal. These features may change as the service improves. Customers are responsible for keeping independent copies of information they cannot afford to lose. Pam Keys may remove unlawful, abusive, infringing, or security-threatening content.

Previews and recordings

Score previews and audio recordings are provided to help customers evaluate arrangements. A preview does not grant permission to copy, reconstruct, distribute, or perform from an unpaid full score. Availability of a preview or recording may change without notice.

YouTube publishing features

Pam Keys administrators may connect a Pam Keys-owned YouTube channel and use internal tools to prepare and upload videos. Use of those features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Authorization and content rights

An administrator may connect only an account and channel they are authorized to manage and may upload only content for which Pam Keys has the necessary rights. Administrators are responsible for reviewing titles, descriptions, thumbnails, privacy settings, audience designations, and release dates before approval.

Suspension and disconnection

Pam Keys may suspend a connection or queued upload to protect accounts, comply with law or platform policies, investigate abuse, or correct an error. Administrators may revoke Google access at any time through Google’s account permissions.

No endorsement

Pam Keys is not sponsored or endorsed by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the website, evade access controls, test vulnerabilities without permission, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use Pam Keys for unlawful activity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or its content.

Availability and limitation

Pam Keys is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the service accurate and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every browser, device, printer, or third-party service. To the extent permitted by law, Pam Keys and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes, governing terms, and contact

We may update these terms when the service, law, or platform requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
