Your information

Privacy Policy

Effective July 27, 2026

This policy explains what Pam Keys collects, why it is used, the services that help operate the website, and the choices available to customers and administrators.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account, purchasing music, contacting us, or using account features. This may include your name, email address, purchased arrangements, library activity, playsets, annotations, service-journal entries, and communications.

We also collect limited technical and usage information such as pages visited, referral source, searches, interactions, browser type, device type, and approximate timestamps. This information helps us operate the site, understand which music is useful, improve search results, and prevent abuse.

For grouped audience reporting, Pam Keys may store coarse country, state or region, city, timezone, and browser language supplied by the network or device. Pam Keys does not store the visitor’s raw IP address in its analytics records, and geographic groups with fewer than three sessions are not displayed.

Signed-in customers may optionally complete a pianist profile containing role, experience, service frequency, musical preferences, church context, age range, and gender. These questions are optional, include “Prefer not to say” choices where appropriate, and are reported to administrators only as grouped totals with small groups hidden.

Payments and account services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pam Keys does not store complete payment-card numbers. You can review Stripe’s current practices in the official Stripe Privacy Policy.

Account authentication is provided by Clerk. Clerk helps operate sign-in, account identity, and session security. You can review its current practices in the official Clerk Privacy Policy. These links point to each provider’s canonical policy page so the provider can maintain the current policy at the same address.

Purchased music, saved annotations, playsets, recently opened pieces, and service-journal information may be stored so they remain available in your account across supported devices.

How information is used

  • Provide accounts, purchases, downloads, the music reader, and saved library features.
  • Process payments and grant access to purchased scores.
  • Respond to requests and provide customer support.
  • Measure site performance and improve search, recommendations, catalog information, and marketing.
  • Protect Pam Keys, customers, copyrighted music, and the website from misuse.
  • Meet legal, accounting, tax, and platform obligations.

YouTube API Services

Pam Keys uses YouTube API Services in its administrator-only publishing tools to connect the Pam Keys YouTube channel, identify the selected channel, upload videos and thumbnails, and schedule approved releases. Use of this connection is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google data we access

With an administrator’s authorization, Pam Keys may receive the selected YouTube channel ID and name and OAuth credentials necessary to upload Pam Keys videos. We also store YouTube video IDs, publishing status, and scheduled release information for videos created by Pam Keys administrators. We do not use YouTube API data to profile customers, sell personal data, serve targeted advertising, or expose Google credentials to other users.

Storage and security

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side in private storage. They are not included in public webpages or downloadable customer files. Access to the publishing interface is limited to authenticated Pam Keys administrators.

Revocation and deletion

This section applies only to authorized Pam Keys administrators who connect the company’s YouTube channel. Customers are not asked to connect a YouTube account, and Pam Keys does not access customers’ YouTube data.

An authorized administrator may revoke Pam Keys access at any time from Google’s third-party connections page. To request deletion of YouTube-connected data held by Pam Keys, submit the private privacy request form and select “Delete YouTube-connected administrator data.” After verifying the request, Pam Keys will delete stored OAuth tokens and associated connection metadata within 30 days, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Revoking access with Google stops future API access but does not automatically delete information already stored by Pam Keys. Contact us if deletion is also desired.

Google API limited use

Pam Keys uses information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers that help operate Pam Keys, when you direct us to do so, or when required to protect rights, security, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing purchased materials, maintaining business records, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

Your choices and contact

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information through the private privacy request form. Some purchase and transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. You may also manage Google authorization directly through your Google Account.

The privacy request form is the official contact method for questions about this policy or YouTube API data.
